Adherence to a rigorous selection process, periodic review of each coach’s performance including client feedback, and tailored matching of coaches to each coaching request are our hallmarks. Together, they provide our clients with confidence that they are working with the best coaches for their specific needs.
The Goodstone Group Coach Network at a Glance
The Goodstone Group network is a select group of highly-talented executive coaches. Since the inception of the network, we have received a lot of feedback from our clients about what they look for in a coach. Based on this feedback and our experience of staffing coaches, we look for coaches who have a combination of the following:
Significant senior management experience
- At least 10 years of business leadership in division-head, VP, or higher-level roles
- Functional experience in strategy, sales & marketing, IT, manufacturing, operations, legal, finance, HR, customer service
Proven success as outside-in professional coaches at senior levels
- 40 coaches, most of whom have been coaching 10+ years; nearly all for 5+ years
- Collectively, we have coached more than 2000 C-level executives, many more at senior and middle-management levels
Educational credentials in business, leadership performance, and behavioral change
- 85% hold at least one advanced degree; approximately 25% have MBAs
- All have completed a rigorous and accredited coaching program and/or earned an advanced degree in a behavioral discipline
