Senior Vice President, Client Relationship Management
Led the support and development of systems that enabled client-facing brokers in four call centers and over 300 branch offices. 

Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Administration Technology Led implementation of five PeopleSoft Financials modules over 3 years, the first implementation within seven months of software purchased.  Designed and implemented robust intranet-based tools to enable productivity, reporting and collaboration.  Supported international offices.

CIVICBANK OF COMMERCE (1987-1991)

Responsible for the reporting, planning, accounting and treasury operations of a fast growing community bank.  Role included board room presentations.

GENSTAR CORPORATION (1983-1986)
