Responsible for all transit facilities, electric power supply systems, radio communications, base expansion and improvement projects, environmental compliance and energy conservation.  Managed programs in Vehicle Maintenance including functional training, team and leadership development, capital projects, budget oversight, and process improvement initiatives.
