Professional Experience
Nora is an accomplished executive coach with 25 years of experience developing corporate leaders. She coaches eager-to-learn, emerging leaders, as well as experienced executives ready to enhance their existing capabilities. In addition to customized coaching, Nora works with teams to enhance trust, inspire each other, deal with change, and deepen leadership bench strength. Nora encourages her clients to shift perspective to see options for action that have been hiding in plain sight. Rather than targeting what’s wrong, Nora capitalizes on the strengths and innate motivations of the leader.
Nora’s clients speak of her ability to set them at ease, get them refocused and re-energized, and most of all, her insightful ability to challenge assumptions. She is able to create a comfortable space for pragmatic problem solving and, at the same time, track expectations for continuing accomplishment. Nora enjoys partnering with leaders who don’t settle – even after many years of great success.
Nora is also adept at meeting and training facilitation. She leverages a Master’s degree in instructional design to create effective customized leadership development opportunities. Recent workshop topics include values-based leadership, asking for help in work environments, shadow and projection, inspiration through appreciative inquiry and re-establishing trust in the workplace.
An early adopter of coaching methodologies, Nora began coaching leaders in 1995. Having coached leaders in IT, finance, marketing, manufacturing, health care, pharmaceuticals, and law, Nora understands how difficult it is to grow as a professional in full view of key stakeholders.
