Professional Experience

With a background in corporate law and management consulting, Debby coaches senior leaders in corporations, nonprofit organizations and professional services firms to build and sustain their leadership skills and improve bottom-line results.  

Debby leverages her prior work experiences, her entrepreneurial creativity and her ability to navigate diverse corporate environments to partner with a broad array of leaders facing a range of challenges and opportunities.  Her results-oriented coaching focuses on helping leaders to:

Provided general corporate representation for small to mid-sized businesses with a focus on intellectual property and technology issues.  Advised clients in all aspects of trademark, copyright, licensing, trade secret, and Internet law.  Advised on and helped negotiate commercial transactions of all types including supply contracts, distribution agreements, and independent contractor arrangements.  Worked with clients to choose and form corporate entities.
