Anders works with individuals and teams in developing their leadership and management competencies, cultivating their professional relationships, and achieving their goals.  The cornerstones of his work are 1) co-creating an agenda that fully expresses the client’s aspirations, 2) exploring the client’s organizational context, 3) developing the client’s own resourcefulness, and 4) action plan execution.  This work also includes facilitated peer coaching and conflict mediation services as needed.  In his work with leadership teams, he centers on developing a culture of trust, cohesion, productive dialogue and alignment.

Prior to establishing his coaching practice, Anders served as an operating executive in a series of venture-capital backed healthcare delivery and technology companies, including athenahealth in Watertown, Massachusetts.  As athenahealth’s first operations executive, Anders formed the company’s professional services, account management, and client operations groups during the company’s first ten years and through its successful IPO.  Anders has also served as board chair for a large not-for profit healthcare organization serving eastern Massachusetts.

Anders’ current clients are in the healthcare delivery and technology, biotechnology, tech, and professional services sectors and include C-suite executives and emerging leaders in operations, customer success, technology, product management, finance roles.
