Professional Experience
Art’s extensive senior leadership experience prior to his coaching career included 34 years of leading CEOs and Senior Executives of hospitals and health systems in committee, governing board and public policy initiatives. In internal leadership roles, Art focused on building high functioning teams and creating cultures of psychological safety, vulnerability, and purpose.
Art has coached leaders in hospitals, other healthcare, tech consulting, not-for-profit service organizations, and a variety of very early stage for-profit firms.
