Cathy has coached successful executives and emerging leaders since 2005, improving their effectiveness in their current roles and preparing for their next set of challenges.
As an executive coach, facilitator and speaker, Cathy’s practice has been built upon an extensive career as a senior officer with JPMorgan Chase. She brings to the table real world understanding of organizational challenges from leading large-scale organizational challenges to personal effectiveness in the boardroom. Her breadth and depth of coaching and consulting experience coupled with her seasoned judgment and comfort with senior executives makes her a trusted advisor in numerous organizations.

Career History
JPMorgan Chase – 1984-2004
Senior Vice President, Communications Executive – 3 years
Working in the company’s New York headquarters, Cathy initiated a sophisticated communications effort to support the newly created Regional Bank, a $3 billion revenue business serving a customer base of retail, affluent and small business customers. She managed disaster communications during 9/11, chaired an extensive customer satisfaction initiative and built a company-wide intranet to support the communications programs. Reporting directly to the head of the business, Cathy sat on the management committee and supported the EVP with strategic projects.
Senior Vice President, Head of Texas Retail Banking – 6 years
Cathy served as the head of the Texas Retail Banking group, which comprised 128 branches, 2800 employees and a $400 million revenue base. During her tenure, she initiated a profitability program which included selling geographic markets, building new branches, redefining customer segments and building a strong sales and service culture. After managing a systems technology merger that allowed the Texas bank to integrate with the New York organization, she oversaw the merging of functional areas that culminated in the geographical management of a matrixed organization with segment and product businesses.
Cathy served on the Texas bank’s executive committee and chaired the statewide diversity committee.
