Professional Experience
Jane in an experienced coach and organizational development consultant with a track record in advanced leadership development, and in partnering with organizational leaders to advance diversity, inclusion and equity. She has worked with organizational leaders in higher education, research and development, one-time science firms, health care and three of the national cancer centers, helping clients evolve as multicultural organizations. She has served as an executive coach to college and university presidents, provosts and chief diversity officers. She has worked with many engineers and IT professionals in advancing their people leadership skills and preparing to step up to their next level of leadership.
Jane’s coaching style balances support and challenge. She is highly empathetic and at the same time rigorous in being precise about outcomes and goals of executive coaching programs. Jane combines the organizational development skill of analyzing how ready her clients’ organizations are for change with astute assessment of the change readiness and capacity of her coaching clients.
Jane served as an instructor at the Yale University Center for Organizational Development and Learning from 2000 to 2011, and was certified at Yale as an instructor in Emotional Intelligence in 2008.
Jane’s clients include industries such as medical equipment, research and development laboratories, architectural firms, academic medical centers, hospitals, and some of the most diverse institutions of Higher Education including Yale University, Harvard University, Brown University, City University of New York, Pratt Institute of Art and Design, Wellesley College among others.

Executive Coach and Consultant
Jane integrates her professional training as an Emotional Intelligence Instructor with her training as a certified professional coach. She is known as an innovative thought leader in group coaching as an alternative to traditional advanced leadership programs. She speaks widely on professional circuits on issues of women’s leadership and advancing minority leaders to C – Suite positions. Prior to founding Cambridge Hill Partners, Inc. in 1996, Jane worked at Harvard University where she was Co-Chair of the Institute at Harvard for Diversity and Inclusion. Jane is also Director Emeritus of Integral Coaches of New England and serves on the Board of the Women’s Leadership Institute of New England.
