Professional Experience
As an executive coach, Nora brings passion and commitment to helping her clients realize their full potential. Her approach is direct, focused and pragmatic and utilizes insights/lessons learned from her considerable prior operational experience.
Nora sees herself as a thought partner to executives hoping to identify and isolate those development areas that are limiting their overall leadership effectiveness. She uses candor and humor to quickly create a rapport with those she works with. Clients respond to the level of authenticity she brings to the coaching process because they recognize that she too has faced many of the same issues and challenges they’re struggling with.
Nora also believes that her clients should not ignore their strengths, but instead, should leverage and use them as a catalyst for developing sustainable and meaningful behavioral changes.
