Professional Experience
Rachel is an executive coach and advisor who works with high potential and senior leaders to further their leadership effectiveness. Rachel uses a multidisciplinary, results-oriented approach that draws on her experience as a corporate lawyer, as a Founder/CEO, and as a psychoanalyst.
Early in her career, Rachel was a corporate lawyer at Skadden Arps, following which she earned a Master’s in Social Work. While counselling full time she founded, operated and positioned for sale an international sun protection products company. For five years following the sale, she continued as a consultant to the buyer.
Leveraging her multidisciplinary education and experience, Rachel coaches clients on leadership development, conflict resolution, successful business acquisitions, and navigating reorganizations. Her clients are in sectors as diverse as banking, manufacturing, health care, entertainment, publishing, education, real estate, internet-related ventures, and law.
