For  15 years, Susan has helped leaders develop their business agility and leadership skills to deliver innovative results to their organizations. Susan’s clients work in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, telecom, aerospace, financial services, higher education. Her clients are senior leaders in operations, finance, product development, research, engineering, IT, marketing, sales, production and manufacturing.  In healthcare, they include physicians, researchers, deans. In addition to individual coaching, she also facilitates teams in working through their issues to improve collaboration.

Susan also provides leadership coaching to executives in partnership with SMU Cox business school’s executive education programs. She is also a member of the DFW Succession Management Group.  Her pro-bono work includes coaching local small businesses through Success in Kind, which she founded during the Covid-19 pandemic, and Stand Beside Them, a program supporting U.S. Veterans’ career transitions.

Facilitated go-to-market strategy programs with ISVs and System Integrators such as Accenture, EY, PWC, Deloitte.
